How long have your crew members been working for you and

We do not hire day laborers. The average tenure of our crew members is
ten years. We feel it is very important not only to treat our customers
right but also our staff. Our crew members are dependable, honest and
respectful.
If I accept your estimate, who will be in charge of my job?
Every job has a supervisor that works along with the crew each day.
The supervisor is in charge of all crew members, handles daily
communication with the customer and makes sure the job is completed
according to the contract. The job supervisor also collects the final
payment once the job is complete.
If the job supervisor can't answer my questions, what can I do?
Please always feel free to contact our office during business hours for any questions
you may have.
When I call your office, will I get an answering machine?
Our office staff is available Monday through Friday 9 am to 4 pm. If by chance
you reach our voicemail, please leave a message. All calls are returned promptly
during business hours. Messages left after hours will be returned on the next
business day.
What time can I expect the crew to arrive each day?
All jobs start between 8 - 9 am unless otherwise requested.
What is your guarantee?
All work is guaranteed against peeling. Interior painting is guaranteed for one year.
Exterior painting is guaranteed from one to three years and the exact length of the
guarantee is written on the contract. For full guarantee details, please refer to your
contract or contact our office.
What are your payment terms?
A one-third down payment is due to begin work and the balance is due at completion time.
Payment is collected by the crew supervisor.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, Visa and MasterCard.
Where are you physically located?
We are located at 15900 Barnesville Road in Boyds, MD. We do not have a store front.
